Di sini saya ada sertakan file ujian PEKA yang saya dapat daripada satu forum yang saya sertai. Just for sharing. Di bawah ada beberapa advice daripada owner nya:

remember, this is not a formal program of peka... & still under development...
i created it just for my own use... but the forms are all correct and same wth the formal one...
still version 1, but i'm still upgrading it... if interested, please keep in touch wth this 'forum'...

what u need to do is...
1. in MASTER, fill your school's details...
2. most important, complete & fill the students names and indexes... must be similar wth the upsr registration
3. classes must be in numbers... 1, 2, 3 and so on...
4. fill the students' scores in Master Score Form (MSF)
5. do not print the colour sheet... look for 'print' button (always on the top right corner)
6. once u filled the students' names, indexes & scores, the other things will be automatically filled...
7. for assessment purpose, print the MSF, Borang B & Borang C... all in 3 copies... but must be certified first by your boss....
8. don't forget to enable macros (especially when you're using microsoft office 2007)
9. for sorting, follow the SORT instruction given
